How Do I Book An Appointment?
Appointments can be made through our booking links on this site, via email incangem@gmail.com, by visiting the studio in person, or by calling our shop phone 513-857-1440. We prioritize answering your inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible, so you can expect to hear back from us within a week or less. :)
How Do I Get A Tattoo Quote?
We need to know the subject matter of your project, placement on your body, a size estimate, budget, and reference images. The more information, the better. Our goal is to understand your vision so we can bring it to life!
When Will I See The Drawing For My Tattoo?
Our artists have unique preferences about sharing custom artwork prior to appointments. Designs may not be available in advance, due to high time changes made. At your appointment you are welcome to make changes. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if drastic or extensive changes must be made. We would love to get everyone their drawings in advance but it is simply not possible for every design. Thank you for the trust and flexibility.
Do You Tattoo Minors?
No, we tattoo adults 18+ only.
How Much Do You Charge?
Our artists set their own prices. There is no set shop minimum. In general, prices are set per design. If you are planning a large scale or extensively elaborate project, your chosen artist may be open to applying their hourly or day-rate instead. When we are discussing your idea please let us know what your budget is–we are happy to accommodate your needs by collaborating on a schedule that works best for everyone.
How Do Flash Tattoos Work?
A flash tattoo is a pre-drawn design, available to be tattooed. Flash designs may or may not be repeated for other clients, if you are concerned it is always best to ask the artist directly. A flash design is a great option for someone who is looking to add cool art to their collection and isn’t looking to collaborate on a custom piece at that time.

Do You Have Financing Options?
Yes! In order to take advantage of tattoo financing, begin with setting up Afterpay. Upon approval, you will have an available balance allotted to you by Afterpay. To use it, confirm your credit limit with your artist. When you pay for your tattoo, use your Afterpay. You are responsible for interest if you use the six-payment option, or avoid interest entirely by paying off your balance in four payments.
The installment schedule
First payment is made when you make your purchase
Second installment is due two weeks after purchase
Third installment is due four weeks after purchase
Fourth installment is due six weeks after purchase
What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds aren't available or you otherwise don't wish to make your payment when it's due, late fees may apply.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept cash, cards and tap-to-pay are also accepted as well as financing options. We are happy to collaborate on a payment plan and timeline for your projects. We do not accept checks.
Deposits
A deposit is a down payment for a tattoo. A deposit is required once you have a confirmed appointment. Please do not purchase a deposit before we have asked you for one, with an agreed-upon date/time for you to receive your tattoo. Your deposit MUST be made within one week of your tattoo appointment. *Exceptions may be made at the artist’s discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits are required for all appointments.
Deposits are $50 for most designs, or 50% down for large scale projects, and made directly with your artist.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposits are not to purchase the artwork itself. Deposits do not give you the permission to use artwork for logos, shirt designs or any commercial use, for profit or hobby.
You will FORFEIT your deposit if:
You decide not to get tattooed
If you are visibly sick at your appointment.
You change the design/subject matter.
If you NO CALL, NO SHOW or CANCEL without 48 hours notice, the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to schedule a future appointment.
If you show up more than 15 minutes late, without notice.
If 1 year goes by without a scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit.
If you reschedule more than 2x you will lose your deposit and potentially the option to reschedule.
*If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will continue to be applied to your final tattoo session provided that you give 48 hours advance notice.
Touch Ups
Courtesy touch ups are the the discretion of the artist. Touch ups related to technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if scheduled within two months of the tattoo and by the original artist who did the tattoo *excluding non-guaranteed placements listed below. We strongly recommend keeping open communication with your artist so we can arrange for your touch up appointment. Send pictures of your artwork to your artist so we can manage expectations such as time allowance.
Touch ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed. Touch ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures are not free and will be charged the same rate as a new tattoo. Changes to the original agreed upon tattoo are not considered a touch up and will be charged as a new tattoo.
Non-guaranteed placements include hands/palms/fingers, feet/soles/toes, armpits, scalp/face, intra-oral, and genitals. Healing results of these areas cannot be guaranteed, and may not be eligible for free touch ups even though they are more likely to need multiple touch ups. Communicate any concerns regarding our touch up policies directly with your artist, prior to receiving your tattoo.
Studio Policies
PLEASE reach out if you are not feeling well in any way. As long as you let me know you are sick it will not affect your deposit even if it's within the 24hr time limit. We are very flexible with this, and understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect your availability. We will do the same for you, and reschedule your appointment if we are not feeling well.
If you arrive at your appointment visibly ill, we will not be able to tattoo and you will forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling might not be an option. Let us know BEFORE you get here, and as soon as you possibly can so we can best accommodate you.
Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, a blanket, slippers whatever you need to be comfortable during your tattoo. We also have snacks and drinks available for you.
Eat 4 hours or sooner prior to your appointment. Staying well hydrated is best for your comfortability during your tattoo, and also during your healing process.
We CANNOT Tattoo You IF:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
If you are under the age of 18–we do not tattoo minors. We do, however, offer piercing services for minors
If you have a sunburn or damaged healing skin
If you are under the influence
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well
